We get confused by superficialities. Computing hasn’t changed the world because it made the workplace more informal, or because we can send a silly photo halfway around the world in a second or because we can track every step we take in our day. The change is in organization, how we our assets into a working whole. That kind of change is more fundamental and harder to predict.
